The analytical company Video Game Insights compiled the top 10 games that received the most revenue for 2023 on Steam. The company compiled a report based on various metrics, including total revenue for each of the ten games. However, since Steam does not provide exact financial data for games, the company’s analysts say that the presented figures are approximate.

The first place in the Video Game Insights rating was taken by Baldur’s Gate 3 with an income of $657 million, in second place is the RPG in the world of Harry Potter Hogwarts Legacy with an income of $341 million, the third place was taken by an ambiguous game from the Bethesda studio Starfield with an income of $235 million: in fourth place – the remake of the game Resident Evil 4 with an income of $159 million, on the fifth – Sons of the Forest with $116 million, on the sixth – Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon with $87 million, on the seventh – EA Sports FC 24 with an income of $81 million, on the eighth – Star Wars Jedi: Survivor with $68 million, on the ninth – the cooperative indie game Lethal Company with an income of $52 million, and another ambiguous project, the game Cities: Skylines 2, with an income of $50 million, closes the top ten.
