The Microsoft Copilot program for iOS and iPadOS has been released

The new Microsoft Copilot application for iOS and iPadOS has been released. The Android version of the program was released a little earlier. The program provides access to Microsoft Copilot (formerly Bing Chat) and works similarly to the ChatGPT mobile application. Users also get access to the II‑model DALL‑E 3, with which you can create images.

The version of Microsoft Copilot for iOS and iPadOS has all the features that were in the desktop versions of Copilot – the ability to ask questions, compose emails and summarize texts. Microsoft Copilot is built on the GPT-4 AI model, unlike ChatGPT, which is based on GPT-3.5.

Microsoft Copilot was released to the general public in early December 2023. Microsoft previously announced that Bing Chat, along with Bing Chat Enterprise, is changing its name to Copilot. The company is positioning Copilot as a free version of the chatbot, available to all users in the Bing search engine, the Edge browser, Windows and a separate web version. You only need a Microsoft account to use it.
