The writer went to Hex-Rays website and found out that they don’t have any distributors in Russia. They tried downloading Ida Free but it was only possible through VPN. The writer also found out that vulnerability fixes can only be downloaded through VPN as well. They wonder if the company’s founder, Ilfak, doesn’t know how to speak Russian.

Come on, I think I’m downloading free Ida Free – it’s not possible either. Only via VPN.
