TEN group started the production of an exoskeleton with a nominal load capacity of up to 60 kg
The TEN group company launched an exoskeleton with a nominal load capacity of up to 60 kg into serial production. The device is planned to be used at industrial enterprises and in the field of construction, as well as in equipment repair services.
The exoskeleton itself weighs more than 20 kg. It is equipped with a video recorder with a memory card to monitor the work efficiency. The exoskeleton was created by order of PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel, and will be produced at the facilities of the contract business of the TechnoSpark group.
“We are launching mass production of the latest exoskeleton to meet the market demand of the country. The potential volume of this market in Russia, which is production, mining and processing industry, logistics, is estimated at 20,000 units. Mainly domestic parts will be used in production. This will save us from the influence of sanctions,” said Yuriy Bocharov, CEO of TEN group.
Industrial exoskeletons are used in enterprises where it is impossible to completely abandon manual labor. The devices increase the physical abilities of workers, while helping not to overwork, and fix the correct position of the body to avoid strain, sprains and other injuries. The load is held by a special winch, which prevents direct loads on the muscles of the back, shoulders, thighs, and calf muscles.
