Red Dead Redemption will be released on PC
Rockstar Games announced that Red Dead Redemption will be released on PC. The game is scheduled for release on October 29, 2024, and the Undead Nightmare add-on will be released along with the main story.
An enhanced version of the game, which was released for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in 2023, will reportedly run on PC. Among other improvements, support for upscalers Nvidia DLSS 3.7 and AMD FSR 3.0, native work in 4K at 144 FPS and the ability to display images on ultrawide monitors with aspect ratios of 21:9 and 32:9 were added.
Porting of Red Dead Redemption was done by the Double Eleven studio, which previously worked on ports for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. The game will receive subtitles and an interface in Russian. The voice acting, as is customary for Rockstar games, will be in English only.
Red Dead Redemption will be available for purchase on Rockstar, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. The game pages in the stores state the following requirements:
