Google simplified the exchange of documents in cloud services
Google has made it easier to share documents in its cloud services by adding a “Share” button with a drop-down list. It appeared in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drawings.
The line “Copy link” appeared in the list.
The option is available to all Google Workspace customers and users with personal Google accounts.
Google Drive also has a “Share” feature that allows you to send time-stamped links to videos. The button is in the upper right corner.
Google previously announced that it has stopped charging for the transfer of Cloud customers’ data to another cloud service provider or on-premises data center.
