Asus presented a portable folding OLED monitor ZenScreen Fold
Asus showed a portable OLED monitor ZenScreen Fold, which can be folded for transport or more convenient use. The company has not yet announced the price and date of the start of sales, but journalists believe that the device will be available for at least two thousand dollars.
The diagonal of the ZenScreen Fold screen when unfolded is 17.3 inches, and the resolution is 2560×1920 pixels. At the same time, the display can be divided into two 12.5-inch monitors with a resolution of 1920×1280 pixels. The matrix covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color space and corresponds to the DisplayHDR True Black 500 specification. The Waterdrop hinge is installed in the center of the device, which, according to the company, leaves no traces at the assembly site.
ZenScreen Fold is equipped with two USB-C ports, one Mini HDMI, speakers, a headphone port and a stand mount. With its help, the device can be fixed in horizontal and vertical positions. In addition, there is a folding leg on the back of the case. The thickness of the device when unfolded is 9.7 millimeters, and the display weighs 1.17 kilograms.
There is no information about the price and the date of the start of deliveries. Asus showed off the ZenScreen Fold at CES 2024.
